A funeral service for Carlos will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Thomson In the Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1291 McGillivray Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3T5Y4, followed by a reception from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
