Surrounded by family, Elizabeth Duarte-Jakubec passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 due to complications of Macrophage Activation Syndrome.
She is survived by her loving husband, Cory; her daughter Esabella; and her son, Michael.
Also mourning her loss are her parents, Carlos and Maria Duarte; siblings Celia, Deise and Dave, as well as their families; including cousins, aunts, uncles and nieces; and many friends and colleagues.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
