Peacefully, following a brief illness, it is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Helen Doyle on March 30, 2018 in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 88 years. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Betty (Fred), her son Samuel (Jannine), her 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her daughter Helen, her son John, her two son-in-law’s Ron and Edward, her four brothers, and her sister.

Helen came to Canada in 1967 and worked in the Sharon Home, where she worked for 30+ years. For the last five years, Helen lived at Donwood Manor.

Following Helen's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.

Special thanks to the caring staff at Donwood Manor for care and support they provided mom over the last few years.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Helen's name to Donwood Manor.

Burn what is left and scatter my ashes to the winds to help the flowers grow.

If you must bury something, let it be my faults, my weaknesses, and all prejudice against my fellow man.

If, by chance, you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you.

If you do all I have asked, I will live forever.
