Suddenly on December 22, 2024 at the age of 23, Jake Zacarias Savinkoff passed away at St. Boniface Hospital surrounded by his family.
Jake will be missed by his parents Kurt and Lisamae Savinkoff, his siblings Justin, Megan, Joel, Nikita, and Anastasia, godparents Leo Bialek and Michelle Chartrand, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and close friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents George and Maria Clark, paternal grandparents Fred and Barbara Savinkoff, and cousin Jeff Racette.
Jake was born in Edmonton, Alberta extremely early and with many health conditions. He moved to Winnipeg when he was two years old. He lived and went to school in Transcona. He enjoyed video games, computers, camping, and fishing.
At Jake’s request, there will be no service. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
