Jack passed away peacefully at the age of 94, on October 16, 2012 at Tuxedo Villa.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Jean, of 58 years, and by his son-in-law, Joel Weinstein.
He was loved and will be missed by his children Cathie and Bill (Robyn), grandchildren, Sara (Sammy), Benjamin (Carla), Michael (Melissa), and David, great grandchildren, Julia, Joshua, Oliver, E.J. and Jolie.
