It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lucila Balmes on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 82 years.
Lucila will be sadly missed by her children, Mando, Rod(Florence), Jay(Sally), Nelisa(Ruel), Arnel(Rose); grandchildren: Len, Sarah, Charlene, JR, Anelie, Armelie, Mark, Mylene, Kevin, Ryan, Jason, Brian, James, CJ, Lauren, Jenny, Eyneil, Edrick, Edward, Arlene Anjhelo, Gina, Abrianne, Isabella and Arielle.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Ruben, her sons Edgardo, Leonardo(Nelia), Joselito(Kathy) , and daughter Theresa(Val).
Lamay will be held on July 20 and 21 from 6:00PM to 12:00AM at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
Funeral mass and a celebration of Lucila’s life will be held on Monday, July 22, at 10:00AM at St Edward the Confessor Church, 818 Arlington Street with Father Mar Batucan presiding.
Interment and Reception will follow at Thomson “In the Park” Cemetery and Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
Pallbearers will be: Devo Bantugan, Boy Villaverde, Gilberto Cuevas, Freddie Bantugan, Ogie Bantugan, Nestor Herrera
