Peacefully on Wednesday December 22, 2010 at the Misericordia Place, Maria Morrone, age 78 passed away.
Maria is survived by her loving husband Toni, 5 children, daughters Franca (Glenn), Rosemary, Linda (Merv), Tina (Reg); and son Tino (Kyla); 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Also surviving are Maria’s brother and sister Pasquale and his wife Maria, and Sister Maria Genoveffa as well as many other relatives from Canada and Italy.
Maria was a lovingly wife and mother devoted to her husband and children.
The family would like to thank the Misericordia Place staff for their care, gentleness and understanding.
Viewing will be held on Thursday December 30, 2010 between 10:00am-11:00am at Holy Rosary Parish Church 510 River Avenue. Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, also at Holy Rosary with Reverend Father Sam Argenziano presiding. Entombment will follow at Waverley Memorial Gardens 1501 Waverley Street.
