November 17, 1970 - October 2, 2012
Suddenly, at home, Niki passed away after a long and difficult struggle with many health issues. Despite all of these difficulties, she expressed a profoundly kind and gentle nature.
Nicole's life centred on her son, Emmit, who was her pride and joy. Her passing is also grieved by her parents, Marilyn & Percy of Winnipeg, and her sister, Turi of Vancouver. She is survived by her grandmother, Ann Thomas of Eckville, Alberta, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Nicole attended Fort Richmond Collegiate and the Red River Community College. She excelled in the culinary arts and produced fantastic meals for her family.
The family thanks all of the health professionals who supported Nicole for so many years.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no service.
