Peacefully, in the hour before dawn on Thursday, March 26, 2015, Olive Peirson passed away at the age of 93 at Meadowood Manor.
Olive will be deeply missed by her daughters Louise and Marjorie, her son David, and her grandchildren Kaitlyn and Phillip. Her kindness and gentleness, her deep faith and her wisdom were a source of inspiration and comfort to us.
Olive is also survived by her sister Dorothy and her sister-in-law Mary. She was predeceased by her husband Charles in 1991 and her granddaughter Jessica in 2005.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday, March 31st, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, 160 Ethelbert Street, Winnipeg, with private interment following immediately at St. Vital Cemetery.
The family is grateful to the staff of Meadowood Manor for their loving care of Olive.
