Mr. Oliver Daniel Addington Williams

It’s with profound sadness that we announce that on Thursday, November 17th 2022, Oliver Daniel Addington Williams passed away at the age of 69 years old.

Oliver was born in St Vincent and the Grenadines and immigrated to to Winnipeg 1973.

Oliver is remembered by his wife of 47 years Annette, daughter Camille, sons Oliver,Trenton, Dale, and Terrance,his grandchildren and sisters Jannett, Jacqueline, Valerie, Bronte, Bev, Donna & Desiree.

Oliver was a man who was loved and very respected by everyone who crossed his path. An accomplished salesman who spent over 40 years in the automotive industry, Oliver always exceed expectations and created an unbelievable network of clients who he eventually became friends with.

A lover of music, Oliver could spend hours singing around the house and creating an infectious positive environment for anyone who was around, he always made everyone feel like they were family.

A practicing Buddhist Oliver would chant and share many stories of how to look at the world in a positive manner and to control what you can control and to always find a way. In his mind there were no problems, just solutions.

This quote from Thich That Hahn embodies the way Oliver felt about life.

Look at the ocean and the sky filled with stars, Manifestations from my wondrous true mind. Since before time, I have been free. So laugh with me, hold my hand, Let us say good-bye, to meet again soon. We meet today, we will meet again tomorrow. We will meet at the source of every moment. We meet each other in all forms of life."

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
