Shawn Singh

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Shashie (Shawn) Ganga Singh, on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the tender age of 42.

Shawn was born in Winnipeg on July 2, 1982 and is survived by his parents, Savitri Singh and Latchmeechand Singh. He leaves to mourn his wife Sherisse, son Shamarion, daughter Shylah, fur baby Ace, sister Marsha (Bobby), brother Ryan (Christina) and nieces and nephews; Unjali, Ajay and Amiah.

Shawn lived every day to the fullest. He was known for being an animal lover and was always the life of the party. He brought the best vibes everywhere he went along with the tunes. He loved the outdoors and spending time with his family camping and fishing. He was famous for his charming smile, cute dimples and his big kind heart. He loved his family immensely and would do anything for them. He was a devoted husband, proud father, loving son, the best brother and uncle.

Shawn has touched the lives of so many and his absence will leave a tremendous void in all of our hearts. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

A Funeral Service for Shawn will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. Reception will follow the service.
