He was preceded in death by his parents, Rohit and Budhni Chandar. Brothers, Krishna, and Visnu Chandar. He is survived by his children Anthony and Bryan Chandar and former wife Sherry, his siblings Vidyah Chandar, Pradeep Chandar, Attri Singh, Subhas Chandar, and Vivake Chandar. His brother-in-law Roy Singh and sisters-in-law, Lalita Chandar, Pado, Nancy Chandar, Lilo Chandar, and Amanda Chandar. His nieces and nephews, Rishi, Sammy, Shan, Oma, Danesh, Satesh, Chris, Anopa, Jason, Ryan, Kevin, Amanda, Andrew, and Jacob
Vickram “Vick” was born in Georgetown, Guyana, and grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He resided in Manitoba for 41 years, where he was a dedicated team member for Boeing for over 30 years. He enjoyed going to the Mandir, spending time with his sons, watching cricket, gardening, listening to music, and being outdoors. He was an active participant with the Manitoba Hindu Dharmik Sabha and Rama Krishna Mandir. He will be remembered as a loving and dedicated father, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and friend.
