Virginia Ginny Fox

BORN NOVEMBER 6, 1920 ROCHESTER. NY.

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Virginia Fox on Friday, August 12, 2011 at Riverview Health Centre.

“Ginny” is survived by her loving husband Robert (Bob) Fox and she will be greatly missed by her daughter Becky (Tony Morici) and numerous grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her son Robert King, July 23, 2011 (Cami), Sacramento, Calif.

Ginny lived in Mesa, AZ. until she married Bob in 1991 and they have since resided in Winnipeg, presently at Dakota House.

Ginny had numerous friends both in Arizona and Winnipeg and will always be greatly missed for her unconditional love and affection and was always considerate of those around her. She loved to entertain, dance, golf, and play bridge.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 709 St. Mary’s Road, St. Vital with Reverend John Van Vliet, officiating. Following a gathering at the church interment will take place in the Garden of Serenity at Thomson “In the Park” Cemetery 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.

Our heartfelt thanks to the staff of 3E Riverview Centre who made her last days comfortable.
