Lou Ann, loving mother, daughter, and inspiration passed away on May 17, 2011. She was born on April 2, 1959 in Winston-Salem and was the daughter to Mona and Bennett Haneline, and sister to Larry (Terri and their son Tim) Haneline & Dwayne (Robin) Haneline. In addition to her parents and brothers, she is survived by her children Cason and Christopher Hunter. Lou Ann, or as her students liked to call her “Momma Lou” was an amazing talented nurse who worked for more than 30 years helping others in hospitals throughout the Charlotte and Wadesboro area. She had the ability to make anyone laugh and feel more comfortable through her witty notions and jokes. Her laugh was as entertaining as her fantastic personality, the kind of personality that couldn’t go unnoticed in a crowded room, and the advice she gave to others was like the words we could never come up with ourselves. Lou Ann will be missed by her endless amount of friends from the Winston-Salem, Charlotte, and Wadesboro area, as well as her family. A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Frank Vogler & Sons Reynolda Road Chapel. A memorial service will begin at 4:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Charlotte. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society or the Humane Society. On line condolences may be made to www.frankvoglerandsons.com
