Margaret-Ann Impastato Satornino

Margaret-Ann Satornino was a determined, courageous, loving mother, nana, mentor, and friend. Her absence will be forever noticed in the lives of all she met. Maggie passed away on August 9, 2021, at the age of 63 in Winston Salem, NC. She was born in Queens, New York on August 6, 1958, to the late Richard and Josephine Impastato.

Maggie was a real estate broker who loved the industry. Real Estate was her passion for almost 40 years, and she enjoyed doing it every single day. When she was not working, which was not often, she loved spending time with her family and taking trips to the beach. She loved to train, mentor, and help new brokers in the industry.

She will be most remembered for always putting everyone else’s needs before hers, even up to the day of her death.

She leaves behind her son Kevin Satornino Jr., his wife Jamie, their daughter Gabriella, and her daughter Holly-Ann Satornino. She was a loving sister to Richard Impastato, Theresa Teich, and Maria VanPelt.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Sunday, August 15th from 12pm to 2pm and then from 5pm to 7pm at Vogler Funeral & Cremations at Forsyth Memorial Park. The funeral service will be Monday, August 16th at 11am at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to American Red Cross Blood Services in her honor. Her life was prolonged by those that have selflessly donated blood.
