Margie Lois Whitehouse Faries

Margie was born in Supalpa, Oklahoma on January 27, 1930 to the late Arthur and Martha Ellen Whitehouse. She worked many jobs throughout her life before earning her degree and becoming a nurse. But Margie’s favorite job of all was being a mother. She was dedicated to her family and spent all the time she could with them.

She was strong willed and a born leader. Margie enjoyed being spoiled by her husband, Philip. They looked forward to their trips to Hawaii-time that Margie truly treasured. She was a talented bowler and golfer and very proud of her hole-in-one and 300 point game.

Margie was preceded in death by her husband Philip Faries. She leaves behind her children, Sandra George, Peggy Romero, Gladys (Pat) Dourghty, Terry (Karen) Sorrells, and Philip Faries; 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
