Paula Christine Foster

She was born September 19, 1960 in Forsyth County, daughter of the late G.K. and Margaret Foster. Paula was a lifelong member of Clemmons United Methodist Church, with an unsurpassed attendance record. She suffered many physical struggles throughout her life, but faced them all with grace, strength and resilience; her faith never wavering. Paula enjoyed several years working after her school years, riding to & from work with her daddy. She then treasured many years volunteering at The Oaks at Forsyth; delivering mail, helping with crafts, playing bingo, chatting it up in the beauty parlor, simply spreading joy to everyone she met.

She is preceded in death by her parents G.K. and Margaret Foster, a special brother-in-law Al Luper, and the love of her life, Joe Holt.

Surviving are her sisters Patricia Lee Carter (Dean) and Kimberly Foster Luper as well as foster sister Molly Marie Nolan; nieces Sarah Bailey (Zack), Catherine Mowery, Caila Gulledge (Cameron) and Terah Nolan; nephews Will Mowery (Alison), Christopher Luper (Courtney), and Cory Luper (Riley). Grand nieces & nephews Annabelle and Oliver Bailey, Gavin and Laila Gulledge, Landon and Hudson Luper, Ellie and Hattie Luper. Paula's family was the center of her world.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am at Vogler Funeral Home at Forsyth Memorial Park, followed by a graveside service. The family will receive friends from 10-11 at the funeral home.
