Robert Eugene Lewis

Robert was born on July 8, 1937 in Forsyth County to the late Hoy Hubert Lewis and Eunice Fletcher Lewis. He worked for Barefoot Autoparts for over 20 years selling and delivering automotive parts. Robert was a unique character that loved to tell a joke and looked forward to watching NASCAR races.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Thelma Minor, Dean Lewis, and Lola Mae Hughes; and son-in-law, Donny Gambill. Robert leaves behind his wife of 66 years, Brenda Westmoreland Lewis; children, David (Tracy) Lewis and Tammy Gambill; grandchildren, Mitchell Lewis, Christopher Scott Lewis, Kasey Gambill (Noah) Carmichael, Daniel Gambill, and Elizabeth Gambill; great grandchildren, Quinn and Hallie Carmichael; brother, Ronnie Lewis; and many nieces and nephews.

Robert will be buried in a private graveside service at Marshall Baptist Church Cemetery.
