Ruth Anderson Cagle Benton

She was preceded in death by both parents, her husbands William Dalton Cagle and James Harold Benton, and her sisters Emma Everhart and Lola Patterson.

She is survived by her daughter Ginger (Gary) Bingham, two granddaughters Aimee Sink and Amanda (Darren) Perryman, two great granddaughters Andie Sink and Emma Perryman, her sister Joyce (George) Meeks and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ruth was a bookkeeper by trade and a florist at heart. Her beautiful yard and the many silk floral arrangements that adorned her home are proof of that. She was an exceptional seamstress and loved to collect dolls and dress them in elaborate period correct handmade clothing. She was an avid dog lover and she was adept at grooming them.

The family would like to thank the staff at Trellis Supportive Care for making Ruth's transition from our care to God's a seamlessly smooth one.

At her request, a private graveside service was held at Forsyth Memorial Park.
