

Dot’s family moved to Venezuela after WW 2 where her father worked for Standard Oil. Dot returned to the U.S. to attend high school at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduation Dot became a legal secretary at Trust Company of Georgia where she met Robert D. Neill. They married on August 25, 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1963 the family moved to Melbourne, Florida. They were married 42 years before Robert’s death in March 1998.
In addition, Dot was predeceased by her parents and siblings; Warren Brown, Bill Brown, Florence “Sue” Wignall, and her son in-law Terry Schultz.
Dot is survived by her son Robert (Lynn) of Winter Garden, Florida and daughter Dorothy Schultz of Longwood, Florida. Dot has three grandchildren Andrew Neill, Katherine Neill, and Ryan Schultz.
Dot volunteered at her children’s and grandchildren’s schools, the Presbyterian Church where she also served as a Deacon for several years, and community organizations. She was a very active volunteer who always gave generously with her time.
