Mary graduated from Elmdale High School and received an AA degree from Valencia Community College.
She was married to James Marchant on March 12, 1960. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winter Garden and had a passion for genealogy, reading and spending time with family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Odis and Laura Johnson. She is survived by her husband James Marchant; her children Marc Marchant of Ocoee,FL.; Laura Spivey (H.D.) of Pearson,GA.; 3 grandchildren Kendall Spivey (Malaina) of Pearson,GA.; Sarah Moore (Andrew) of Douglas,GA.; Mia Marchant of Claremont,FL.; and 1 great grandchild Kohen Moore of Douglas, GA.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 E PLANT ST, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787, US, on April 2, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, followed by a Funeral Service at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 E PLANT ST, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787, US, on April 2, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
