Mirna Castilloveitia, 84, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away on October 26, 2023, just 4 months after her beloved husband, Carlos, who passed in June. Her broken heart has now been re-united with him in heaven.
She was born in Villarba, Puerto Rico, on April 29, 1939 to the late Jose & Adela (Colon) Rivera. Mirna met her beloved Carlos at a young age. He spotted her on the ferris wheel at a carnival and vowed he would marry her. He was true to his word, and they built a beautiful life and family together.
Mirna is survived by her children, Myrna Cancel (Jose), Leticia Castilloveitia, Juan C. Castilloveitia (Diane), and Vivian Ingram (Mark); 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and, 1 great-great grandchild.
Please join us for a Memorial Celebration at 2pm on Wednesday, November 1st at Baldwin-Fairchild, 428 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787. Light refreshments will follow. Mirna’s urn will join Carlos at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida at a later date.
