Pauline was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher, scholar, leader and a friend. She was a horsewoman from a 4-H Leader of Windy Acres 4-H Club and the West Orange Comancheros 4-H Club to a breeder of champion POA's (Pony of America's). She was active in the West Orange Community through the Elkettes of Winter Garden Elks Lodge #2165. She became a business woman by running a craft store "Pauline's" in downtown Ocoee. She loved cruising to the Bahamas, Alaska, & Hawaii. She was creative through her ceramics and woodwork and traveling through the states to various craft shows. When the traveling craft shows stopped she started making quilts. Among the recipients were pre-Kindergarten at Wm. S. Maxey Elementary School for over 10 years.
As shared by a friend...Ms. Pauline was such a wonderful woman. She gave that cancer (Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma for 19 years) hell! She loved her kids so much and told me her life was complete and full. She was ready when God was. She left a little piece of her in everyone she interacted with, she will carry on in all of us! I was blessed to be part of her life.
She left behind her husband of 64 years, Lynn (Red) Folsom, daughters Cathy Errion and Peggy Folsom, and a son John Folsom (Jill). Her grandchildren Paul Feldman, David Feldman, Johnny Folsom (Candace), Ryan Folsom (Katie), Justin Folsom, Dawn Folsom. Also, her great grandchildren Destiny, Eve, Natalie, JohnnyMack, Connor, Aiden, Atlas, & Sebastian.
In Lieu of flowers, the family wishes a donation to the American Cancer Society in memory for Pauline.
