Our girls, Kristen, Haley, Lexi, and Kaley all grew up together. We saw each other often with sleepovers, parties, and school dances and concerts.  Don loved to joke and laugh and it was always fun just talking to him. His time here was shorter than we all expect to be, but he lives on still in his children and grandchildren. Till that day when we will all meet again. 

Our girls, Kristin, Haley, Lexi, and Kaley, all grew up together so we would see each other pretty often  for sleepovers, parties, school events. Don was always joking around and very full of life.  I always enjoyed my talks with him. We never know how long God has planned for us to be here, but one  thing  I do know is that Don touched many lives and he will live on in his children and grandchildren who love him very much. Rest well Don, so many people will miss you.

As I write this, bittersweet emotion washes over me.  You were and always will be such a sweet friend.  Even when you were so sick you always showed concern for me and my own battle with cancer.  You were such a fighter and that gave me strength.  I look forward to the day when I see you again!

So many memories to share from playing cards to buying a boat (all your fault I might add).  You are already greatly missed.  I wish you could share what you are seeing there in that place we all call home (Heaven).  Say "hello" to my sweet boy and we will see you soon.  

We love you so much Bro Don! It’s such a peace to know that you are finally pain free and in the arms of our loving and ever gracious savior! The Truck Drivers “Quartet” wont be the same without you! Sing your heart out up there buddy! ❤️

Don was always a great friend and forever lending a hand to anyone who needed it!! He was a fine example of a Christian and loved his church and His Lord!! We will miss your hugs and smiles. Prayers for the family.

The Don taught me how to be a gentleman in front of the ladies but also that it’s okay to have as extreme a sense of humor as you see fit in the appropriate company. Through middle school I always looked up to The Don as a father figure and the time I spent with him, the lessons I learned, the laughs, will always be cherished. “Rest In Peace” to a great man.
