Winter Haven- Doris T. Reynolds, age 93, of Winter Haven, FL April 25, 2013 due to natural causes. She was born January 3, 1920 in Luverne, AL the daughter of George Allen Thagard and Lula (Chesser) Thagard. She retired from Winter Haven Hospital where she worked as an OB Nurse 1959-1977. She loved her Lord, family and friends and enjoyed sewing.
In addition to her parents and siblings, Doris was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Wilson Reynolds and daughter Wilma Jean Kirkland and great great granddaughter Kylie Diaz Albertini. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Ann Smith of Lakeland, grandsons L. David Woodard of St. Cloud, Michael W. Kirkland, Steven R. Kirkland and John A Reynolds all of Winter Haven, 6 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Monday, April 29, 2013 from 11-12 noon with Funeral Services at 12 noon, both at the Westwood Missionary Baptist Church.
