Winter Haven- Dorothy F. Schiff, age 91, of Winter Haven, FL passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2013. She was born April 8, 1922 in Gastonia, NC the daughter of William Brown Ferguson and Eunice (Warlick) Ferguson. She was a homemaker, of the Presbyterian Faith and it was said, "to know her is to love her."
In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husbands: Clifford M. Dover and James William Schiff, Sr., and daughter: Pamela Jane Knudtson. She is survived by her son James William (Jeannette) Schiff, Jr., of Winter Haven, daughter: Dolores Dover of Eagle Lake, sister: Mildred Saye of Lexington, SC, 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 1 grear great grandchild.
Visitation is Monday, October 14, 2013 from 5-7 pm at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 West Central Avenue, Winter Haven, FL 33880. Graveside Services are Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 10:00 am at Lakeside Memorial Park, 2450 8th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881
