Gary Wayne Vickers, Sr., age 68 of Lake Wales, FL passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017. He was born May 10, 1948 in East Liverpool, OH the son of Carmen Drexel Vickers and Ethel Marie Croyle Vickers. He was retired from the US Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Vickers was preceded in death by his brother: David Vickers. He is survived by his wife: Connie Vickers, sons: Gary Wayne Vickers, Jr. and wife Melanie, and Joel Vickers, Sr. and wife Christi, sisters: Deborah Harbin and husband Clifford and Kathy Bell and husband David, sister-in-law: Linda Vickers and grandchildren: Joel Vickers, Jr., Jordan Vickers, Michael Vickers and Kira Vickers.
Graveside Services are Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL with full military honors.
