Winter Haven – Jack Leroy Craig, age 83, of Winter Haven, FL passed away February 7, 2012 at his residence due to cancer. He was born December 6, 1928 in Phenix City, AL the son of George Henry Craig and Agnes C. (East) Craig. He retired from the US Air Force as Master Sergeant after 20 years of service. He then was employed as a mechanic with Sears Automotive Service, retiring after 11 years of service.

Mr. Craig is survived by his wife, of 58 years, Barbara Craig, sons: Bill Craig (Connie) of Winter Haven and Dave Craig of Lake Wales, daughters: Bev Dunaway (Jerry) of Winter Haven, Diane Palmatier (Jim) of Lake Wales and Sue Duncan of Winter Haven, grandchildren: Frank McCaulley (Laura), Jimmy Lee Palmatier, Devin Craig, Julie Duncan, Forrest Craig, Amber Craig and Alec Duncan, 5 great grandchildren, and sister: Helen Epps of New Zion, SC., special "aunt" Nancy Meyer, Uncle Don Lamay, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will have a memorial service Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11 am at St. Matthew Catholic Church of Winter Haven With inurnment following. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL 33823.
