Sales Service Engineer
Winter Haven- John Karl Merneck III, age 90, passed away Monday, August 10, 2015. He was born June 29, 1925 in Hammond, IN the son of John Karl Merneck II and Julia Hudak. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving during WWII. He was a Sales Service Engineer for American Tractor, Case and the Eaton Corp and he was a member of the Elks Club. He was an entrepreneur in numerous businesses throughout his life.
Mr. Merneck is survived by his wife of 64 years, Janet Jean Merneck, daughters: Deborah Sullivan (Dr. Patrick), and Renee Comfort (George Bettasso), sister: Bette Spradlin (Don) 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Memorial services will be at a later date.
