Manuel proudly served his country and retired from the United States Army. He was very family oriented and a loving father and husband. In his free time, he loved to BBQ, dance, and create traditions with his family including spending every Christmas seeing a movie at the theater.
Manuel is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Haydee; his children, Dori-Marie and Gabriel; sisters, Amalia and Claribel; father, Manuel; grandchildren, Alijah, Marcelina, and Jayce; as well as his beloved dogs, Simba, Hazel, Benny, and Scrappy; and several other family members. Manuel was preceded in death by his mother, Herminia, and one brother, John.
A gathering of family and friends for Manuel will be held Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 W Central Ave, Winter Haven, Florida 33880, followed by a celebration of life at 12:00 PM.
