Prince O.J. Duncan, age 79, of Wahneta, Florida passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019. He was born August 1, 1939 in Chipley, Florida the son of Prince R. Duncan and Cordie Pippin Duncan. He was a Mechanic for Coco Cola Foods from which he retired after 29 years. He loved fishing, music and the computer. As a true mechanic, he loved fixing everything that needed fixing. O.J. was a member of God’s Flaming Fire Tabernacle.
In addition to his parents O.J. was preceded in death by his daughter: Deborah Bourdon, son: Gregory Duncan, sister: Linda McNair and brother: Donald Duncan. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Virginia Bennett Duncan, sons: David Duncan, Gary Sanderson (Tracey), Steven Sanderson (Sissy), John Sanderson (Debbie) and Robert Richards (Gena), brother: Wilber Duncan (Yvonne), sisters: Patricia Wright and Faye Carter and husband Rick, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation is Friday from 10 till 11 am with services at 11:00 am, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 West Central Avenue, Winter Haven, Florida with Pastor Julia Vinson officiating. Burial to follow in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, 2200 K-Ville Avenue, Auburndale, Florida.
