Ruth Vazquez Guadalupe

Ruth lived a full life as a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and mentor. She was an amazing strong woman who had a loving, caring, genuine heart that one couldn’t help but gravitate to be in her presence. Most of all she loved her family and instilled good values in her children and grandchildren that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in hearts of every person blessed to have known her.

Ruth is survived by her loving children, Mildred Lynch of Winter Haven, FL, and Nelson Guadalupe Vazquez of Lake Wales, FL; grandchildren, Melinda Bryie of Tampa FL, Victor Bryie (Jennifer) of TN, Jessalynn Archie of TN, Jason Guadalupe of Tampa, FL and Johanna Guadalupe of Tampa, FL; as well as great grandchildren, Brentley, of Tampa, FL, and Karson, Millie, and Harper, all of TN, Yanelis, and Jayceon of Tampa, FL, and one sister, Noemi Torres of Tampa, FL. She was preceded in death by two sons, William Guadalupe Vazquez and Joseph Louis Guadalupe, as well as siblings Cano Vazquez, William Vazquez, Aida Gonzalez and her mother Jesusa Rivera.

A gathering of family and friends for Ruth will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 W Central Ave, Winter Haven, Florida 33880 with a celebration of life and reception to follow.
