Winter Haven – Sally Ann Grzechowiak, age 59, passed away January 29, 2012 due to heart failure. She was born May 20, 1952 in Aiken, SC. She was a registered nurse.
Mrs. Grzechowiak is survived by her mother: Ina Clark of Keensburg, CO, husband: Gary W. Grzechowiak of Winter Haven, son: Christopher Grzechowiak and wife Kristi and granddaughter Kathryn of Ft. Myers, FL, daughter: Julie Norris and husband Richie and granddaughters Leanna and Rabekkah, grandson Trevor of Winter Haven, FL, brother Richard Clark and wife Linda of Keensburg, CO, niece: Melanie and nephews: Timothy and Michael.
Visitation is Friday from 6-8pm at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven with Funeral Services Saturday at 10 am at the funeral home chapel.
