WINTER HAVEN - Thelma Ruth Wilson, age 64, died of cancer Tuesday (July 13, 2010) at Good Shepherd Hospice, Auburndale.
Born in Mobile, AL., on Dec. 28, 1945, she came to this area over 40 years ago. Thelma worked at Winter Haven Nursery for 27 years.
She is survived by her daughters Linda Ayala, Angie Hall, Carolyn Self; son Roy Wilson; brothers Alvin Self, Robert Earl Self, James Salter & Jimmy Salter; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8pm and the funeral service will be at 10am Friday, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven.
