Walter was a truck driver and part business owner of W. Rhoads Moving. He loved spending days at the pool and golf cart rides with his grandkids and son. Walt enjoyed wood working and always had music on, especially Pink Floyd. Walt loved animals and had a special bond with his son's dog Hawk and his Nephew Donald's dog Dixon.
Walt was predeceased by his daughter Alicia Rhoads, brother William Rhoads Jr., father William Rhoads Sr. and mother Catherine Rhoads. He is survived by his son Chris Rhoads and his wife Dawn, Granddaughters Kalyn Rhoads, Annabelle Rhoads, Hannah Wagner and Samantha Staniszewski and his grandson Brayden Snow. Walt also leaves behind his sisters Cathy Rhoads Sugint and husband Bob and Dorothea Rhoads Wehry and husband Don along with his nieces Lauren, Jennifer and Dorothea, nephews Donald, Danny William and Johnathan, along with numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
