A resident of Florida for over 70 years , Frank was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Moose Lodge, and was also a Shriner. He had a passion for hunting and loved to trade and barter guns, and it showed when you could get him to talk about the hunting days. His other passion was fishing. If you saw him on the weekends, driving around town going nowhere in particular he’d almost always have one of his dogs riding in the back of his truck. He never met a stranger and will be missed dearly.
Frank is survived by his children, Scott (Tara) of Winter Haven, Kathryn of Winter Park, and Thom (Chrissy) of Lakeland; four grandchildren, Jake, Lindsey, Brock, and Rylee, six great grandchildren, Trey, Eli, Noah, Olivia, Eras, and Erissa. Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Callie, brothers, Jim and Bob; sisters, Doris and Joyce; as well as his wife, Betty Miller.
