William "Poncho" Mason

William was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, uncle, cousin and friend. He worked at Cutler Manufacturing Company in Lakeland. Before working there, William did construction work at Disney World with his brother Randy and also worked for Rogers Construction in Winter Haven for many years. William was a hard working man; when not working he had a passion for baseball, which he played for many years. He also loved music, riding his motorcycle, fishing, looking at antique cars, going mudding in the trucks and most of all he loved spending time with his family.

William is predeceased by his parents Leroy and Ruth Mason of Wahneta and his son Douglas Mason of Winter Haven. He leaves behind his wife Angela Mason of Lake Wales, daughter Brittney Mason of Lake Wales and his stepsons Cody Mclendon and Zackery Mclendon both of Auburndale along with his siblings Dennis Mason of Haines City, Patricia Moreen of Michigan, Randy Mason of Winter Haven, Jimmie Mason of Wahneta, Carol Mason of Polk City, Mary Cape of Winter Haven and Charlotte Bermea of Bartow. William also leaves behind a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at New Life Assembly of God in Winter Haven at 2:00pm with a private family gathering from 1pm to 1:45pm. The church is located at 1951 Rifle Range Rd, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
