Billy M. Pentz, Sr., age 90, of Orlando, passed away peacefully on January 30 after a brief illness. Billy was born November 26, 1926 to Jennie Cruise Pentz and Franz H. Pentz, Sr. in Westover, Alabama. Billy served in the Navy as an Aviation Support Seaman 2nd Class during WWII. Billy's brief first marriage produced his only daughter, Sandra Pentz. He was married 63 years to Doris Walker Pentz and they had one son, Billy Pentz, Jr. Billy started the Bill Pentz Well Drilling business in 1957 and passed it to his son in 1984. Billy is survived by his wife Doris; daughter, Sandra Scalisi and her husband Anthony, and son Billy Jr.; grandchildren, Jim (and his wife Mary Jo), Andrea, Angela, Billy III and Destin; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Michael and Tony; great great grandchildren Briley and Carson. He was preceded in death by his brothers Franz Pentz, Jr., Jack Pentz, Sr., Ted Pentz, Sr. and sister Helen Pentz Bullard. Billy is survived by niece, Deborah Bullard Graham (and her husband Fred Graham) of Bessemer, Alabama; five nephews--Franz III, Jack Jr., Ted, Jr., Eddy and John Bullard; five nieces--Zenda, Teresa, Tammy, Brenda and Deborah.
