Charles A. Gallagher, 81, of Indialantic, Florida went to his new home with the Lord on Friday, November 4th, 2016. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, but has lived in Florida most of his adult life. He served in the Army as an Electrical Engineer from 1958 to 1960. He was a member of Mensa, worked at NASA and Pan Am before becoming a Professor and Dean of Business at Barry University. He received his PhD from Florida State University. Chuck and his late wife Barbara Root Gallagher were married in 1961. He is survived by his son, Greg Gallagher, and daughter, Gwen Gallagher. He is preceded in death by son, Randy. No formal service will be held. His ashes will be scattered at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to the American Cancer Society or to any local Veterans’ charity.
