Dad, 
I would not be the person I am today without you as my father. You touched my heart, the hearts of everyone you encountered, and you taught me universal compassion. You taught me how to have a strong work ethic.  You encouraged me to stay positive and always do my best. You were always willing to help me when I needed it. My musical and movie knowledge is strong because of you. You brought me to my first concert, Aerosmith, in elementary on April 19, 1988. (I still have the ticket!) You helped me to foster independence at a young age by dropping me off at Lollapalooza ‘93 by myself when I was only a sophomore in high school! You introduced me to classic films like Citizen Kane and more. There is so much more I can say, but know that I’m grateful that you were my Dad, and I will miss you more than words can express. Even though you are no longer on this earthly plane, you will always be in my heart. Thank you for being “my rock” and a “rockstar” in my life! 🪨🎶🤘🏼🎸❤️✨

Dad, All your kids can equally say you were the rock for our family. 🪨 You were always there to give guidance, support, and love. 💙 Raising four kids couldn’t have been easy, but anytime we needed anything, you were the one we could always count on. I was so sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Craig….he was my believed Mothers cousin and I called him Uncle Craig since I was a very little girl. What an amazing man he will forever be! My memories span over 50 years! He and my Mother, Barbara Treese Fischer, were the best of friend cousins as children and as adults! His Mother, Aunt Nette, always let me play with her beautiful French knickknacks. Uncle Craig was so very kind and had an amazing laugh. He was the kindest man and took care of and helped so many people in his life time. I am blessed to have been related to him and to have been able to call him a friend as well. I know he is in Gods loving hands and with his beloved Mother again. I will forever miss him and forever be grateful for the years of love and memories. He loved his children more than words could ever say and bragged about how amazing they all are. I am praying for you, his adoring family at this time…I pray God gives you peace in knowing he is in perfect health and that you all will see him again some day. I love you all, and may God bless you with peace and love during this very hard time.

“Mr. McEvoy”  I met Mr. McEvoy 30 years ago and he became a father figure. 
I remember his hard working days… up to until I met him, I’ve never seen a working father who also cooked, checked on his children’s homework, took them to their extra curricular activities and still had time to sit down and chat with us. I was mesmerized!  
He was a man of Faith and a beautiful person all around: caring, genuine, down to earth, intelligent, considerate, enthusiastic, fun and a great storyteller.
It is said only a few people really “get us” in life, he was one of those few people who truly understood me. Also, he always made me feel heard and respected.
I can’t recall a time he wasn’t happy when I visited or when we talked on the phone. When I found out he had passed, I realized in my call log that he had called me the morning of his passing when he wasn’t feeling well. I feel honored he thought of me too.
Even though your absence will hurt, I’ll always think of you with joy because of the love & light you brought to my life ✨

   Craig was always very kind, giving, and thoughtful every time I got to talk to him. I enjoyed the few moments we got to share. Prayers and thoughts are with him and the whole family in this trying time.

Craig and I were both coworkers and friends. Working together as security guards we spent many hours together playing cards, talking sports and music. 
He had such a passion for the horses. We would often travel together to different tracks, sometimes to different states, just to make a single bet on a single race. No matter what, we always had a great time together.
 I can recall lamenting his decision to move to Florida, but even after that we stayed in touch.
Just this year he was saddened by the passing of his boyhood hero, Willy Mays, but hopeful that his SF Giants would have a shot at the playoffs. 
He was an authentic, standup guy, held in high regard by all who knew him. I considered myself lucky to count him as my friend and will miss him greatly. But I know that he and his hero Willy are together in a better place.
