Frances was one of six children, 3 boys 3 girls, born to the late John Oscar and Mittie D. Ward in Clarksville, Texas. She married Earl Harris in 1966; he preceded her in death August 11, 1995.
Frances was a long time employee at Orlando Federal Savings and Loan, Colonial Branch and was a devoted member of Bumby Church of Christ.
She is survived by one sister, Catherine Hebbard, Dallas, Texas, numerous loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday July 24th 2-4pm at Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home in Winter Park. Services at Carey Hand Cox-Parker will be Monday July 25th at 10am with Josh Creel officiating followed by internment at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery. www.carey-handcox.com
