

Mike grew up in a loving home in Miami, FL with his mother and father and younger sister. Not long after High School, he joined the U.S. Navy. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal while serving on a nuclear submarine as the primary Chef. After his service in the military, his career involved various maintenance, construction, and handy-man services. He also owned his own company, Hayman Handyman.
Mike loved to fish, especially with friends and family while boating down the Econ River. He loved NASCAR, whether sitting in front of a large TV screen or attending the races. He loved Rock and Roll music and attended numerous concerts throughout his life.
Most importantly, Mike was a Christ follower. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church of Orlando where he served as Chairman of the Trustees for several years. He truly enjoyed helping with any of the property maintenance and repairs and mentoring other members. He passionately loved his family and his church family.
Mike was preceded in death by both parents, Max and Dorris Hayman, as well as his previous wife, Beverly Hayman. Mike is survived by his wife Janice Millirons Hayman, his sister Becky and her husband Joe Conatser, Sr., his sons Kevin and Jeremy Hayman, along with their wives Tina and Mandy.
Mike has seven grandchildren: Ike, Danielle, Quinn, Dillon, Tyler, Jacob, and Grace. He has three great-grandchildren: Paxton, Skylar, and Aaron. Two stepchildren, Erin Pinney and Brace Pinney, and five step grandchildren: Tyler, Mikey, Brace, Jr., Ava, and Raelynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
Celebration of Life for Mike will be Monday, April 3rd at 3:30 at Southside Baptist Church of Orlando, 1720 Lake Margaret Drive, Orlando, FL 32806.
