Joshua Kaplan, 27, passed away on December 6th, 2016. He was born on October 18th, 1989 in Winter Park, FL. My brother had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever known and always had open arms to anyone in need. Joshua had such a strong personality that could brighten anyone’s day. He loved many things but one of his favorites were his family, Florida Gator football, and his Air Jordan’s, he really loved those shoes. He had a way with everyone but little kids especially loved him, and he loved them. Josh had a very strong work ethic and when he had his heart set on something he saw it through. I love you, my big brother forever – Meghan. Joshua loved many things, including basketball, sour candy, and video games. But the thing he loved most was his family. The smile on his face brought joy to everyone he was around. He was one of the most genuine, kind people that I have ever known, and I am glad to be able to call him my brother. He was very proud of Meghan, Charlie, and myself, and we were very proud of him. His strong, vibrant personality was indescribable. Josh was more than my brother; he was my friend. I love you Josh, and I will miss you. – Doug. I love you Josh –Charlie. Joshua is survived by his Mother Amy Gamber & Patty Elridge, Father Steve Kaplan & Jessica Kaplan, Sister Meghan Kaplan, Brother Douglas Kaplan, Brother Charlie Kaplan and an enormous amount of family, including grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins who love him and he loved dearly.
