Larry Allen Stracener, 82, went home to Glory on 4/9/15. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr WG & Alleyne Stracener, brother Gayle and daughter Cindy Stracener Forgione. Larry grew up in Jacksonville, graduated from Lee High School, served 3 years in the Army, attended Stetson University and FSU. He married his wife of 53 years, Edie Hannigan Stracener. He owned and operated Lawrence Associates Advertising in the Orlando area. He has had many articles published in the Florida Baptist Witness. He has been a member of the First Baptist Church of Winter Park, for over 50 years. He is survived by his wife Edie, son Stephen, grandsons-Eric, Brandon & Patrick, granddaughters-Brittany, Erika & Madie, Great-grandson-Colton, sister-in-law Sarah & brother-in-law Jim. Graveside side service will be at Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery in Winter Park on Tuesday, 4/14/2015 at 10:00AM.
