Vilma was a woman of strength, love, and quiet resilience. Her life was rooted in family, faith, and the deep care she showed to everyone around her. She was known for her warmth, her wisdom, and the way she made those she loved feel safe and supported. Her presence was a blessing, and her love will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.
Vilma is survived by her seven children: Domingo Chavala, Sonia Kent, Luz Vallejos, Vilma Chavala, Jenny Chavala , Luis Chavala & Martha lafferman, as well as her cherished grandchildren & great- grandchildren who were the pride and joy of her life. Her legacy lives on through them and the countless memories, traditions, and values she passed down.
Though we mourn her passing, we find comfort in knowing she is now at peace in the presence of the Lord. As Scripture reminds us, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Vilma will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
She now rests in eternal peace with Jesus Christ, reunited in glory and surrounded by everlasting love.
