Albert Leslie Isaac

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Albert Leslie Isaac Jr. (Bomber), Born April 02, 1956, in Broadview, Saskatchewan. Creator called him home on March 6, 2022 at the age of 65 years old.

Albert was predeceased by his grandparents Martin & Annie Isaac, Maggie & Joe Bear; father Albert (Boyee), brother Terrance, wife Cynthia Emily Rose, nephews Jimmy, and Dakota, nieces Jimi-Jo and Naomi. Special friend Donna Choken.

Albert will be dearly missed by his mother, Evelyn, daughters: Martina (Les), Michelle (Avery), and Shayna (Chase). He dearly loved his grandchildren: Taylor, Tiara, Sienna, Kashis and Sophia. Great-grandchildren Rayne and Willow. Brothers: Calvin (Rosie), Percy (Debbie) and Brian (Carol). Sisters: Charlotte, Noreen, Sandra (Frank), Audrey, Wanda (John), Theresa, Denise, Benelda (Louie), Debra (Shawn) and Julia (Chip). Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, friends and adopted family from Gordons.

Albert was an asset in the community who believed in his people. He had many roles over the years, Pasture Rider, Councillor, Bus Driver and Knowledge Keeper. Albert was an avid singer for the Crooked Lake Agency Singers. The youth will sincerely miss him at the Kakisiwew School where he spent his time teaching his cultural ways and songs.

The wake service was held at the Chief Denton George Memorial Multiplex on Saturday March 12th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. The funeral commenced on Sunday March 13th, 2022, beginning with a feast at 11:00 a.m. and a traditional service followed at 1:00 p.m. with Hoss and Joanne Jack officiating. Family requested that men wear their ribbon shirts and women wear their skirts. No children at the wake and Funeral Service.

Pallbearers: Payton Isaac, Joey Bear, Riel Thomson, Avery Hotomani, Jayden Isaac, and Leighton Delorme.

Honorary Pallbearers: Elvis Henry, Louie Kenny, Jr. McArthur, Darrel Taypotat, Louie Taypotat, Terry Bobb, Jayson Sparvier, Courage Bear, Lenny Kinistino, Ron McNabb, Patsy Quewezance-Pratt, Randy Sangwais and Evan Kenny-Taypotat.
