I am so sorry to hear about Eleanor’s passing .I never met her but you and Vivian spoke of her often.

So sorry for your loss. She was an amazing lady and you will miss her. Eleanor was a good neighbor to my grandparents Herb & Ruby Sexsmith, who lived across the back from her for many years before they passed away. I was just young when she moved in but then grew up and got to work with her at Tubman’s flower shop.  It was busy at holiday season like Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s  and Mother’s Day but was always lots of laughs. She was a fun person to work with and had a mischievous side to her. She had a unique personality and always had people around her smiling.  You had to be on your toes when she was around.

Was sad to hear of Eleanor’s passing. She was a lovely person!! We always had good chats when I saw her. My children loved her to and have fond memories of her sneaking candy to them as she walked up for communion in church!! She made a beautiful Center piece for my daughter when she got married.
