On Sunday, October 30, 2011, Gary Eashappie, Carry The Kettle First Nation, SK., died at the age of 63 years. The funeral service will be held in the C.T.K. First Nation Band Hall on Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. The wake will be held in Gary’s residence, #123, C.T.K. First Nation on Wednesday evening. Interment in the South Cemetery. Predeceased by his wife Rosalita Hotomani; son Bradley Hotomani; father Wilfred Haywahe; brother Danny Sorenson; grandparents Norman & Theresa Eashappie; auntie Velma Eashappie O’Watch; father-in-law & mother-in-law Clifford & Marita Hotomani. Gary is survived by sons: Cory & Darren (Carol); daughter Errin (Grant); grandchildren: Damien, Samuel, Logan, Deajiah, Devon, Zane, Angelo, Destiny, Taylor and Creedon; mother Angeline Eashappie; brother Lynn Eashappie; sisters: Gwendy (Stan) Sugar, Angela (Deon) Hassler and Mary Ellen Eashappie; auntie Sara Eashappie; uncle Elwin Eashappie; and cousins Gifford Eashappie and Renault Eashappie.
