

Alain Beaudin was predeceased by his parents Fernande and Martial Beaudin, two brothers Harvey and Claude; a sister Lorraine; a sister in law Janet Beaudin; brothers in law Johnny Kaufman and Ed Thevenot. He is survived by brothers Edwin (Diane), Regina, Norman (Linda), Phoenix, Arizona, Aurel (Sandy ), Kimberley, B.C. , Bob (Eunice), Regina; sisters Annete Kaufman, North Vancouver, B.C. , Leona Beaudin, Montreal, Quebec, France (Ted) Theoret , Saskatoon, Sask. and Joycelyne (Tom) Williams, Kelowna, B.C., brother-in-law Jim Wasser and a sister-in-law Rose (Philp) Beaudin; sixty three nieces and nephews plus many great, great nieces and nephews and his extended family of friends, Alain worked at numerous occupations and lived in the Montmartre area for most of his life. He was a farmer. He was employed with the Montmartre Saskatchewan Wheat Pool grain elevator for over 30 years. He also worked for the Town of Montmartre and with Botkin Construction doing road construction. He was known for enjoying and playing hockey and ball in the Montmartre area. He spent his last years in the Montmartre Health Center and he would want to say ”thank you” to all the care received from his caregivers, friends and visitors. On January 17 he always made sure to say “Happy Birthday to me!”. If friends so desire contributions in memoriam may be made to the Montmartre Health Center Activity Fund P.O. The funeral mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Montmartre on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. by the Rev. Gerald Joy Montiague. A family interment of cremated remains will take place in the parish cemetery.
