Keith McCaskell

Keith Archie McCaskell went from the arms of his beloved wife to the arms of his precious Lord on October 17th 2017. He was 75 years old and was predeceased by his bride Ethel McCaskell (Wills) and his parents Archie and Grace.

He is survived by his wife, Merrylin McCaskell as well as his children Bill and Bev, with grandchildren Stephen and Samantha and great-grandchildren Micah, Salomon and Ezra; grandson Brendan; daughter Glynnis and Cam and grandchildren George, Kendra, and Cameron; son Don and Autumn and grandchildren Jessie, Kelsey and Jaxson; Bruce and Rosella and grandson Jonathan; Kim and Doug with granddaughters Sara and Bethany.

Keith was nothing if not an industrious and capable worker. He built an astonishing career in climates as diverse as the DEW Line (now the North Warning System) in the Arctic to underground mines to the Sahara desert in North Africa. He spent many years working with livestock from dairy cattle to rabbits to ostrich.

Keith was a skilled project man. He will be highly regarded in memory for his carpentry, farm equipment servicing, landscaping and of course his extensive electrical knowledge. More than all of this, Keith will be especially remembered for his all encompassing love for his family.
